Trying to Crochet Again: Baby Barefoot Sandals

backtocrochetKnitting has been taking my craft time lately. During Craft Club meetings, I am happy to see fellow crafters crocheting colorful granny squares, hip hats for kids, chevron scarfs, flower applique’ and a lot more.

I am in the middle of a knitting project that is taking forever to finish when I came across the idea of crocheting again. I love knitting cute booties for my niece lately, so I thought why not check a simple sandals to begin with.

I stumbled upon this pattern on ravelry and  finished this barefoot baby sandals in less than 30 minutes considering I need to recall crocheting abbreviations :D. I tried to crochet the flower that goes with the pattern but it didn’t look like a flower. More practice for me!

Cheers!

p.s.

I made two of these simple barefoot sandals and gave it to my friend’s baby and two for my niece. Check these cuties !
